Services Provided Agency Content Engine offers content creation services tailored to the insurance industry, including but not limited to blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and video scripts (“Services”). These Services are designed to assist businesses in maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence.
3. User Responsibilities By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information as requested by us for the creation of content.
- Use the content provided by Agency Content Engine solely for your business purposes.
- Not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content provided by us without our express written consent.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Subscription Plan: You agree to the pricing and payment terms as outlined in your chosen subscription plan. The standard plan is $250 per month with an additional $250 setup fee.
- Payment: Payments are processed monthly and must be made on time to continue receiving Services. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Services.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by canceling through the user portal or written request. However, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership and License:
- Assignment of Rights: Upon the successful payment of your subscription fees, you are immediately assigned all rights, title, and interest in the content created specifically for you by Agency Content Engine. This includes full ownership of the content, allowing you to use, modify, distribute, and reproduce the content for your business purposes without any further permission from us.
- Access to Content Engine:
- Paid Access: You must be current on all payments to access our content engine and receive any content. Failure to maintain payments may result in the suspension of your access to our services and any ongoing content creation.
- Restrictions:
- Non-Paid Access: If your access to our services is suspended due to non-payment, you forfeit any rights to content that was under development or in the process of being delivered. Agency Content Engine retains all rights to any content that is not fully paid for.
- Non-Transferability: The rights and license granted to you are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer the rights to the content to any third party without our express written consent.
6. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and will protect any confidential information you provide to us. We will not disclose your information to any third parties without your consent unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our Services.
- Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency Content Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
